Withdrawal

At PokerAce we want our players to able to withdraw funds as easily as they deposit. To make a withdrawal log in to PokerAce and click on the Cashier button. From the Cashier you will then be guided through the withdrawal process.

We offer a variety of payment processors to withdraw funds and the processing time varies depending on the one you use. Refer to payment in the deposit section for information about withdrawal processing time. The amount you may be able to withdraw from your player account may vary depending on your balance and the frequency of your transactions

For deposits and withdrawals  processed through credit card or e-wallet accounts,  these accounts must show the same personal details as provided in your PokerAce account at registration. Third Party transaction are not allowed.

No charges apply to withdrawals except for express bank draft. Bank drafts are sent to the billing address specified during the account registration process using regular mail. Bank drafts are sent in US Dollars only.

If you select wire transfer as your withdrawal method, you will be asked to provide your bank account details. All wire transfer fees are paid by PokerAce, however there are some correspondence fees that exist and they are beyond our control. These fees are based on your local bank policy. These fees may be reflected in your withdrawal balance.
