PokerAce offers guaranteed tournaments every day. These are a great way for players to get the most out of their poker experience.

There are two kinds of guaranteed tournaments On PokerAce:

- Guaranteed Tournaments where the prizepool is 100% guaranteed disregarding the number of entrants.

A $100 guaranteed tournament will always have a minimum of $1000 in prize pool. If the buy-in for the tournament is $1.10, 100 players are needed to make up the $100 prize-pool. If not enough players join to cover the prize pool then PokerAce will pay for the remaining amount. If more than enough players join the tournament their buy-in will be added on top of the guaranteed amount. $100 guaranteed just means that there is minimum $100 to be split between the winners.

- Guaranteed Tournaments* that require a minimum of entrants for the guarantee to apply to the prizepool.

In the lobby, those tournaments can be recognized easily with a (*) on the tournament name (i.e.: $500 Guaranteed*).

A $100 guaranteed* tournament having a requirement of 50 entrants will NOT always have a minimum of $100 in prize pool. If the buy-in for the tournament is $1.10, 100 players are needed to make up the $100 prize-pool. If not enough players join to cover the prize pool then PokerAce will pay for the remaining amount only if there are at least 50 entrants in the tournament. If less than 50 players are registered to the tournament when it starts, then the guarantee won’t apply to the prize pool and the tournament will run normally as a non-guaranteed tournament.
